My body is my oracle.

A portal into my deepest truth and greatest joy. I support her through my movement practice to open up and empty out. I give her space to get slow and wild and reveal her truth to me.

She shows me her beauty, wisdom, and power, revealing what’s alive in her, what she’s discovering, what she already knows and understands that I too often forget or don’t acknowledge; what she needs; how to take care of her, my sisters, my loved ones, my fellow humans, and this planet.

Together we move energy, dismantle old ways that kept us small or frozen, and alchemize emotions into fuel for opening deeper, living truer, and becoming a clearer channel for love.
