    Once Slow & Wild Virtual launches, Zoom Classes will livestream every week. If you can’t make the time work, we’ve got you! Recordings are sent to all registrants.

    You’ll get a mix of our Signature Slow & Wild (yoga and dance combo) and Choreo (choreography) Classes where we alternate learning simple and sexy floor, chair, and heels routines. In addition, new on-demand videos (completely separate and unique content from In-Studio Classes) are repeatedly added to our library – some full-length classes and some “Quickies”. Cultivate your own Sensual Movement Practice and add new rituals including breathwork, meditation, mirror exercises, and journaling.

    It’s not the easy path the women of this Sisterhood walk together –– reclaiming our bodies, voices, sensuality, and desires; facing fears and big emotions; dismantling old ways of being that kept us frozen or small; giving ourselves permission to discover who we really are when we’re free from what binds us –– when we stop being who we think we’re supposed to be in order to avoid rejection and abandonment. Slow & Wild Virtual will leverage our Private Forum to help ensure we face challenges and growing pains together. It takes a village.

Official Slow & Wild Gear is OTW

We’ve just designed and manufactured the first batch of our official Slow & Wild Mat Duo: Sensory and Foundation Mats we can offer to you directly.

You deserve a spacious play space with the most luxurious textures and durable materials that beckon you to slide, slither, and sink into your sexy. We have a very limited supply of both Sensory and Foundation Mats available to start. If we sell out too quickly, just snag the next best thing (plus Dance Chairs and Earbuds) on Amazon. We’ll send all Slow & Wild members the links to purchase the same supplies we used when we were creating this method.

If you miss the chance to get a mat set from the first production round of Slow & Wild gear, try this in the interim.

Use TWO yoga mats side-by-side in lieu of the 6-foot round exercise (Foundation) mat, then top them with a large, soft, and preferably heavy or weighted blanket in place of the Sensory Mat. (Think faux fur or a silky duvet. Something that will stick to your yoga mats and stay put while you move.) For your Dance Chair, make sure it’s armless, metal, and sturdy, with rubber (non-slip) feet…. otherwise you could run into safety issues. We found some at Lowe’s for $15. Score!

Last, unless you’re at liberty to play your dance music as loud as you’ll want to, consider picking up a good pair of wrap-around earbuds that won’t fly out of your ears when you’re doing sexy hair flips. We like these but you can always go with a less pricey alternative (just remember… hair flips).
